Today in Cheyenne, Wyoming, the first Revival Network publication, The Citizen—Cheyenne, was put into the Wyoming Tribune Eagle. This day marks the first of what is hoped to be more of this type of citizen outreach and journalism to try and affect and reengage the hometown newspaper.
